Palma do Mar is located in an emerging holiday destination, which has seen foreign and domestic tourist figures increasing year on year. The rental market is however still in its infancy, so the developer have used some comparables from more established areas such as Natal and Ceára which have already seen rental prices increase sharply in recent years.
